Delete your Yeoun account and data
App: Yeoun (여운 / 余韻) — on Google Play as “Sake Label Book & Notes: Yeoun” (com.dayja.yeoun)

You only have an account if you signed in with Google or Apple. Without signing in, your notes stay on your device and deleting the app deletes them.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Yeoun and tap the settings icon on the home screen.
- Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again.
Your account and its data are deleted right away.
Request deletion without the app
Email maumemaum@gmail.com with the subject “Yeoun account deletion”, from the email address you signed in with (or tell us that address). We delete the account and its data as soon as we receive your request, within 30 days at the latest, and reply when it is done. (Deleting in the app is immediate.)
What is deleted
- Your account: sign-in identifier and email address
- Notes backed up to our server: sake names, ratings, tags, memos and dates
- Photos and label images stored on our server
- Notes on the device you delete the account from
What is kept
- Anonymous sake-name totals with no account identifier, used for name suggestions
- Usage data in Google Analytics and crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics, for their set retention periods (crash reports: 90 days), after which they are deleted
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can delete any note in the app at any time, or sign out to stop syncing.
